Please follow the below steps to set up your customer portal access.
Step 1. Use this link to access the portal or go to our website and click LOGIN located in the top right corner. The login screen will look like this:
Step 2. Enter your Client ID (It will start with a "C" or a "CFC"). If you don't know what it is, select "find it here" below the Client Id field, and it will be emailed to you.
Step 3. Select "Create or reset your password here"
Step 4. Enter your email address. (It must be the one we have on record for you. Please contact us if you need to update it.)
Step 5. You will receive an email within a few minutes. For the easiest process, use the "click here" link to enter your chosen password.
Step 6. Use your client ID and set your password. Your login details will stay the same unless you forget your password and ever need to reset it.
You will now be able to view any current and previous accounts, make a payment, manage your repayments or express apply (if eligible.) If you have any issues accessing the portal, please contact us on 1300 324 746 for assistance.
