Please follow these 5 steps to create or reset your portal password:
1. Go to the Fair Go Finance portal here.
2. Click on the hyperlinked word "here" underneath the Password field. (See below.)
3. You will now see the below screen. Please enter your email address where indicated.
It must be the email we have on record for you.
4. You will receive the email below within a few minutes. (Please check in your junk/spam folder if you can't find it.) Click on the hyperlinked word "here".
5. You will now see the below screen. Please enter your unique CLIENT ID and then your new password, and confirm it a second time. Then click RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
If you do not already know your CLIENT ID, please go to these instructions.
6. You will see the below screen which confirms your new password has been set successfully.
You can now log into the portal. Please remember your client ID and password so you can access the portal easily from now on.
